Cannon test fire by AdamBurn Cannon test fire by AdamBurn
The second image based on the oversized space cannons strapped to some of the Human ships in the MMORTS game Novus Aeterno. This image shows a test firing of the cannon in some remote desert, as you do.

dam! that's awesome! but how do people make those little buildings? Plus, how do they set it up?
"Okay let's put a guy over here, then uh...smack a house over there, looks empty-"
"Should I make a scenery inside the house?"
"Yes, make it so that the family is just getting ready for dinner, with 4 kids and 2 parents, make the mother taking a shit in the toilet, the family dog on the floor, and the four kids running around the place like it's a mad house..."
"...is that what your family is like sir?"
"...yes..."

How is Sand and Tents BF3 atmosfear? 70% of all weapon testing grounds look like this just some makeshift tents and lots and lots of open sand. i dont see how that makes it BF3 atmosphere?

The colors of sand and the sky looks exactly simmilair to BF3 color scheme if you look on Thunder Run video.

Not really, Gauss cannons and Railguns don't use explosive slugs just solid Tungsten most of the time but when they hit a target it appears to explode violently in a similar way as to why asteroids explode when they hit, simply due to the force and speed it hits with. [link]
watch that video, notice how there is a lot of fire, there is actually no propellant at all other than electromagnets. All the friction and speed ionises the air igniting it, the molecules in the target don't have time to move properly so they explode outward violently, a 2 inch thick slug will make a hole the size of a small car in a 2 meter thick concrete wall.

And so concludes your lesson in Railguns hehe :ahoy:

If they want to propel a slug they'll probably use a small nuke as propellant. =P

hmmm true, but they use rail guns, which don require a propellant.
