I'm not well versed in Anime but isn't that a character from something, also you are being sarcastic right? You would be surprised how often people find my image Requiem, here is the original by the way [link] , and claim someone else did it...

Sorry if I seem to be too serious, don't worry about my last comment, this anime character is favorite because she is known to have more than enough power to blast a planet to bits, that link and wallpaper I attach is just a funny way to describe that character, I know that all these wallpapers and pictures are the originals and I apologize if I'm being rude.
